Energy Balance & The Chi Machine® (60 min $80 / 90 min $110)
Every person is unique in this balancing session, therefore, a mixture of therapies such as Reiki, Healing Touch, stones or crystals, warm energy ball salt stones, facial reflexology and foot massage, sound, visualization, and essential oils may be used as we cleanse the chakras and balance your energy. Your first session with the original Sun Ancon Chi Machine will be approximately 5-7 minutes of your session (timing increases with subsequent sessions). The oscillating rhythm is effective for oxygenation, detox, spinal alignment, improved circulation, mental focus, lymphatic drainage, restoration and balance of the autonomic nervous system and much, much more. Emotion Cleanse & Focused Healing (90 min $110)
This session focuses on specific areas that need attention for healing. It combines various Touch for Health Kinesiology practices with several methods of discovering and addressing emotional blockages. This is based on the idea that physical problems are the outward manifestation of (dis)ease on the psychological and/or emotional levels. Our goal here is to clear the clutter from your mind so we can begin to release the heavy burdens of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual emotions. Using various visualization, symbol, sound, color, & shredding techniques we move through identifying and releasing emotions, as well as working through areas of self-forgiveness. This process has the power to transform your energy field and aids in re-harmonizing the body.
Essential Oils 101 - Create! (60-75 min $75)
Spend an hour with the oils and plenty of other ingredients and we'll start creating together. You can look at non-toxic cleaning, miscellaneous household needs, relaxation, and bath or body ideas. Plan to go home with 3 full size products, recipes, and information to get you started on your own.

Meditation Library (60-75 min $75)
This one-hour session begins with clearing of the chakras followed by the meditation of your choice. The meditation library list covers many topics for healing including grief, loss of spouse or loved one, cancer, anxiety, stress, karma, past life regression, muscle, organ, or skeletal healing, cell rejuvenation, as well as whole body cleansing, grounding, future progression, severing addictions, removing lower energies, releasing fears, your divine purpose, etc. Depending on the length of the meditation(s) you choose we may have time for an angel card reading.
